Rented accommodation of rogue landlords can cause your child’s life when you don’t do propper planning for his/her stay at University.  Planning for a child at University does not end at the academic planning, because there are several other areas of planning to do as well – of which some may be life threatening if not done properly.

That is the case with residential planning – as in the warning issued by the Gas Safe Register recently.  The issue is so seriously life threatening that the “Gas Safe Register is warning students who are about to move into rented accommodation of rogue landlords”

It seems that rogue people are everywhere – in Landlords as well as Gas Engineers and other professions.  Make sure that you check all credentials of every body you are dealing with – if it is a Gas Safe Engineer or Landlord – it could cost your (or somebody else’s ) life.
